What would the conversion entail and benefits be? Getting a bike (hopefully today!!!) with a Recon 351 on it. benefits, will be upgrading to duel air. If you live in CT, I know a shop who does the conversions in milnerton. 351... super value for money, 1 of my bikes a Avalance pro has the same shock.

If you buy a rockshock recon you could upgrade it to a reba at min...cost ! I'm sure you all knew that right!

I've been told that WD 40 and wynflow ect....are shock killers.

Go for a hard tail, brands with longer top tubes like , Scott and GT... more comfort on longer rides . As for shox..... if ur a heavy rider, duel air , rock shox reba, stay away from fox..... costs x 3 to fix is something breaks

I'm an ex pro racer who stopped racing bc of various reasons (drugs and politics in SA cycing) so a rookie.. im not! as for being in the olympics...phew...they should ban the sport of cycling due to all the drugs
