well there you go, CRC gives a crap for their loyal SA customers. I still wonder why they switched from an excellent cost effective courier to this situation.

I complained to them because skynet is more expensive and they take longer to deliver. May fall on deaf ears but my complaint was about how they can make their customers pay more for a slower service. Does not make sense.

Just be careful to buy a too-a-heavy bike as you say she will be riding trails. A heavy bike may cause her to not ride often and it will cost you a upgrade later. Just saying.
