No top end bike with the new RS1 Rockshox fork fitted?

Got flu for the first time 2 weeks ago since I started cycling. Was sick for 4 days. Never want to go through that again, was damn hard to get back on form, amazing how much flu can affect ones performance.

I have the white version, just bloody awesome. Stunning bike. In 2 minds to sell for the 2015 because theres absolutely no difference except for the seatpost, mine has the carbon rail seat as well. And it has so little mileage on it. I just love it

The Marathon is a good option but only issue with the 2015 Marathon is that it will come fitted with a Fox fork with no brain option. Dont know why they have done this...

Johny, talk to Lodolouw first, he had one and changed it for a epic, me too, unless you ride trails like all the time and not worry too much about top end speed.

I am disappointed, so if I wanted to buy the bike with the RS1 fork then i will be forced to ride shimano and not SRAM

Thanks Ricus. Confirms what I thought yesterday...they will price the xtr version higher because they added the new RS1 fork on that model plus the dropper seatpost that you like so much. And its a brain version. Damn these guys are far ahead. The world cup version is exactly the same. Guys selling their world cup 2014 models for the 2015 world cup version are crazy.. Also see that they made a female epic version, but with only 1 bottle cage......

If there are 2 options on the fork then I think the expensive bike will be with with the new RS 1 fork and the cheaper one will be with the existing fork

So they kept the following unchanged: Frame design Decal design Rims Stem Handlebar Seatpost now the same as the new Tarmac and seems a seat with carbon rails are standard. Fork is amazing, i will go for the XTR version for s change. I see the dropper seatpost is also a " brain" no cable and you must add pressure

Not a bad idea, the 2014 frame is exactly the same as the 2015 and the price of the 2015 has increased by 20k by the looks of it. So if I spend 18k I'm up on the deal -say a 2014 second hand goes for 80 k + 18k = 98k , which is 32k cheaper Suddenly the 2014 second hand price has increased!

I agree with you, I just dont understand why their bikes are ridden by world champions and why their bikes got a double rainbow in PMB recently and most of their models have won world titles or champion chips. For example the Epic is the only dual suspension world cup bike.....
