  1. You have to have a compressor and a adaptor,also you must remove the inner removable valve section to allow max air into the tyre. Then lots of soapy water painted all aver the tyre and inner rim with a paint brush. I have always ridden with non ust tyres and have never had problems. It does help with a new tyre if you have a buddy to help move the tyre around a bit on the rim while you inflate.

  3. It is amazing how the weather can change in Hogsback last year day one was wet,day two was dry until 10 k from the end and day 3 was dry. As Dr d says it is a party with the stages usually shorter on day one and 3, day 2 is the longest. Racing is usually completed by lunch time and then R&R and the daily prizegivings at night is one big party. Great event.

  6. Yes a small cut on the side of the knee and that releases the itb and it stretches out a little.The pain on the side of the knee you usually get after running or cycling will never return
  7. About Neverender being wet --yes water is flowing over bridge so straight after Kondoma stop-- you will cross the water--- maybe carry your dry socks with you and put them on once you have crossed the bridge, that will be the last water crossing on the route.It is quite a long crossing.
