No I ate just after four that morning and not allot so its probably all digested by the time the race start

sorry I do use a white and red packet of electrolytes for cramp block might be that ( cant remember the name)

only use 32 gi thats it

well I only race since June but it seems on the longer marathon rides its more evident cant really recall having it when I did shorter races

Every time after a race I have stomach cramps for the rest of the day and its annoying I eat breakfast ( oats) then during the race only gI 32 tablets and chews and clean water what could it be and is it common ? Maybe try solid foods during the race like bars ?

did the Rhino at VG just after the rain stopped ............very muddy and those wheels stick to the mud like magnets ( more resitance) but I am sure if it rains while the race is on -----------it will be fun .........long Q'S and and looking forward as dit bliksem soek net n hoe boom en staan onder hom.

if they start at six then to prevent all the chaos you will have to leave PTA at five at least get there at six maybe and then ? I hope they have lots of coffee , maybe jump in the road race for a warm up do the 70km before the race start and then you well prepared ............should be fun

I actually want to know how many people actually use HT bikes in stage races afcourse some will agree and some wont but whats the split 50 50 or more like 70 30

thinking of doing the lesotho sky 450 km with 14000m of climb on a HT if not its a question of getting another bike

Do you have to use a DS or can you do it on a HT. How many poeple here on the forum does stage races with HT ?

the price difference is in the components ( not so ? ) frame for frame I ll take the 2013 model

I have a 2012 storm race and i am very pleased with its performance so far solid bike did a 70 km race yesterday and stoked amazing bike

well done to the orginizers true Mtb race it was freakin hot though njoyed it too much

changed the front rotor and it seems cool now did n race today and the bike dis outstanding very pleased
