    Put some WD40 on the pivots and the sound is gone. Now I have to figure out how to get in there

    I've tried everything to isolate the sound. Crank and steatpost. It makes it without any pressure on the pedals or sitting on the seat. Post cleaned. Crank removed and cleaned.

    My oneten29 has picked up a bad creaking sound which I think I've narrowed down to the pivots where the shock is mounted. How do you dismantle this to clean and check the bearings? Also, what is the torque for the shock mounts? Ross

    I did the 40km. Not enough single track for my liking. Fast and dusty. These events cater for the masses.
