Saw a dude in red overalls on what looks like a black Trek ebike coming out of Ixia Road onto Koeberg and down to Joe Slovo.

Anyone have any tips or tricks for protecting the screen on their Apple Watch while riding? Don't personally believe that those thin screen protectors would work well with a strong enough impact. I also see that you get clip on covers that go over the screen but struggling to find one for the series 1 watch.

Hi everyone, I started a weight loss/lifestyle change journey about 6 months ago and I am currently in the best shape of my life. First time in my life that I decided to go to a gym and get my **** together. I would highly recommend getting into a functional training type of gym where there are classes with trainers available to help. Going to a standard kind of gym can be very intimidating when you don’t know what you are doing. Joined a gym in Cape Town called Huba and generally go about 5/6 times a week, training consists of hour long classes which range from strength to high intensity cardio training. All in all I am loving it, it must be said though that the training is the fun part, changing your eating is definitely the tougher challenge but I can promise that the more you get into it the easier it becomes. Plan your meals, cut the sugar and junk food and train hard. When you start to see results you get more motivated. Good luck guys!!

Howzit guys, Planning on riding Jonkers on Saturday morning for the the first time in a while. Just a quick question regarding the older trails that were damaged. I can gather that parts of Canary are open but does this include the section of old DH trail which led to Flowtrail? And Firehut....is this trail open to ride? Cheers!
