Big thanks to Renay for doing my set-up on Friday. I have been riding XC for 2 years without having a proper set-up done, got it done on Friday and the riding feels 10 times better and more comfortable. Great service and would recommend it to everybody.

Hi, i am looking at buying new disc brakes for my XC bike,but have no idea what to buy. What would you buy if you have R4000-00? I am currently useing Avid Ultimate Carbons. I want something light and reliable.

I ride 3-4 times a week and once on a weekend. Those are 2 magicshine lights I got from Brad. Ave speed between 20-25kph and riding time between 1:30 and 2:30. I am not fit at all so I need to ride as much as I can. I see CWCycles advertised a night ride for Wednesday from there shop. Should be good to get some distance with a group. Yes,u get an adapter that fits on a normal fork to accommodate for the over sized headset. Deon from Cyclefunatic has one in the shop if I am not mistaken. It is an original specialized part,so it will work perfect. I want to change my fork to a DT Swiss carbon soon. Good luck

Hi,I just want to know what you guys think of the following wheel set. It will be Hope Pro 2 hubs with DT Swiss 4.2D white rims and DT Swiss competition spokes? It is going to cost about R6000 locally. Are there any other wheel sets that is better value for money? Thanks

Get XTR pedals and then you set your tension to release and clip in. I have used LOOK and Crank Brothers,but the Shimanos are the best.

There will be a group ride from CWCycles tonight.We will leave from the shop at 7pm and will be doing a 40km ride.Everybody with a mtb is welcome to join As it will be an easy ride.

Tonight was lovely and we couldn't have asked for better weather.It gets easier every time out for me and junior was lucky that he didnt have to push 2 nite.Thanks to all u guys for making it so much fun.See you all next week.
