Try the BONT riot shoes, you can heat mould them and they go for about 2k

Last time I raced this one "ROAD" it was a disaster due to pretty much zero effort from the local organizers, I hope this time round who ever responsible for the event runs it better.. The scenery and landscape are freaking amazing and with the DC route using the same roads this could be used as great recon training/racing.

Alot of the usuals will be away during DEC personally, Long Slow Miles 6 hour days are on the cards during that time away from Cape Town.

Guys please remember yesterday was not a Lights by Linea event, Our friends got dropped by the traffic dep. on the morning so it was an logistical night mare, details are up on the facebook page for Saturday "WP Boland Cycling" go check it there, regarding any thing else I'm not in control of traffic, entry fees, start times ect ect I'm just trying to convey whats happening in the cycling world in your area.

Ive been told today the race of the 7th has been moved guys due to roadworks from all the rain. I myself was very excited to race, but as the organizers said the roadworks were out of their control.
