Cape Town Market had the numbers so was covering their moves, they rode the perfect race ;-) Theuns and Nev I think were away 90% of the race.

Icycling - Not your sell buy date, You worked hard in that break "Killarney" then the dude that sat on out sprinted you.

Heart-Rate is Red & Speed is Blue.... shows you its the same as motor pacing but alot safer. Ignore the distance on the bottom I ride through and ride home.

Saw the posters up last year, those roads along the river are tough but awesome!

Tweeted her now, one of my friends got mugged there "Bridge under the N1" a month ago.

I know some top end euro pros they all use shakes and trust me they eat loads of food! They simply said the "shake" provides more nutrition and your body absorbs it quicker than normal food. But please remember a shake should not replace one of your main daily meals.

Not sure who drove the chase.

@andydude Nope was doing base miles no racing or photos.

By far the best Race the WP can offer, no shelter from the wind and rolling hills. I could race on these roads every weekend.
