  1. Do lowers services with the correct oils and grease at recommended intervals, you don't need to replace seals each time, seals can last for ages. Using a bit of lowers suspension oil to lube up the stanchions is probably the best thing you can do. Hyperwiper is essentially just that but it has another trick which is the little nozzle the bottle has. With this nozzle you can poke behind the dust seals and actually get oil onto the foam rings.
  2. Easy, you resist them the same way you resist 27.5" deals.
  3. Hi I'm looking for an old 26" v-brake frame and fork.
  4. They have the paint protection in stock but it's not as good as the stone chip vinyl, which they currently don't have in stock and couldn't give me a date as to when they will have it back in stock.
  5. Nothing really beats the hopes over long term use. I've heard of people riding hopes for 5 years at a time without bleeding.
  6. Still better value than a MoBu.
  7. Apparently the best way to make yourself visible is the use of blue lights. Nothing gets a motorists attention faster than the cops!
  8. Crank brother Mallet pedals. The one pedal was stuck in the crank so had the shaft shaved a bit so a spanner could be used to remove it.
  9. Truvativ Noir Carbon Crankset Drive side pedal lug has unglued itself from the the crank arm so feels like you're riding with a large amount of play in your pedal.
  10. Julie Magura Brakes One lever is stripped where you join the hose. I do have the other hose some where. If anyone's interested in trying to get these to work they're yours.
  11. Shimano Tiagra Shifter. Front is fine but missing return spring rear is a bit poked. 3sp x 8sp. Gone
  12. Yup, like seriously what is this flu bug thing.
  13. I commute from Rondebosch to Montague gardens on most days it only takes me 10 minutes longer than if I were to go by car. The only down fall is the South Easter in my face on my way home and those motorists who park in the cycling lane along Albert Road. The South Easter isn't actually that bad, just makes you fit!
