    My first time doing the Race started in F-G group tried to hold on to F Riders, that was a mistake, got dropped 20km in and picked up again by the G Group. Stayed with G until the 60 km mark and then got dropped again ( im not sure how lol ) clawed my way back to the group and held on for protection from the wind . finished with a time 2:55 which I am happy with considering the conditions

    enjoyable race for me. shout out to the Hermanus Pharmacies Team. very disciplined Team that pulled a long train to Riebiek Kasteel from there i lost them. Started in P finished with a time of 5:34 which was my argus time this year

    My Team mates have been chatting about Strava Premium and whether its worth it or not. A team mate pointed out that the fees is R 499.99/year I checked the price and saw it a bit out of budget to pay R 1199.99 for a yearly fee. on the same day ! I was a bit confused and wondering why the changes in fees. we took some screen shots, so if you were lucky you paid R 499.99, if you weren't, you paid R 1199.99. anyone else notice this?

    hi there that road you are talking about is very narrow and its a mountain pass. i have seen guys ride through to rooielse ( spelling ) but actually haven't met anyone that rode all the way to hermanus. Suggested route : from gordons bay through to stellenbosch up helshoogte and then back that should be interesting and fun. happy cycling
