Hi everyone I want to get a bike rack for my car, which is a Fiesta ST. The problem is, I can't get a tow-bar. I have been looking at clip-on racks, but most of them have straps in place that would pull down on the spoiler. I found one on Amazon that wouldn't, but shipping it here would become very expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I really like the idea of a Wolwespruit mini enduro I can think of four stages already

There were reports of multiple muggings and incidents in Groenkloof Nature Reserve earlier in the year. Does anyone know if something was done about it? I haven't read about any more incidents. Does anyone here frequent the reserve?

I have decided my mom needs a hobby, and that it should of course be mountain biking But before I go out and buy a bike and all the gear, are there any clubs or regular group rides for older riders around Johannesburg/Pretoria? I imagine it would initially be at a pretty slow pace to start with....

I drilled a hole in a Solis Tephra frame to route a reverb stealth. The frame is still alive and well in the hands of a friend. The reverb on the other hand ....... (death not related to hole in frame)

Yep, will invest in some proper protection and actually wear it in the future I actually have no memory of what happened, just that when I got up there was blood streaming out of the cut in my nose. It was only after getting my bike out of the trail and something on my nose that I saw the arm

thanks man, unfortunately muscle damage as well as degloving, but yeah it shouldn't be too long if I avoid infection

When the doc was finished cleaning/scrubbing: Was riding pretty recklessly without enough protection at the Cascades Endoro, had a proper off into some rocks or stumps Not actually feeling too bad today .... yet

Thanks to Nige, Dave and all the organisers for putting on a great event! All the enduro stages were amazing, and the jump and berm section of stage 3 must be one of my favourite pieces of trail ever! I must have been having so much fun I forgot to brake somewhere on stage 4 and came down hard on my forearm. Dave and the medics really helped me out there. I'm off the bike for a while, but I'm sure I'll be back at the next event. Hopefully I will actually make it to the DH race next time

The group ride today was really cool, great to session some lines and features with all the guys who came. Here are a few clips from the wooden jump on stage 3

This is a really crazy jump, and it's so awesome that it is in SA! But the footage doesn't quite top the crazy fest series edits. The nature of the step up means they are never that far from the landing and there is not that much of a gap. Still awesome though
