  1. The sound of music....? She looks filthy you lucky man.
  2. GoPro charging.
  3. It's been a long Winter with the odd chest infection thrown in between,so decided to dust the old steed off so as to take advantage of this fine weather we have been experiencing in Jozi. Only to notice that my front brake has contaminated pads (XTR) and my rear derailer has a faulty clutch. 12 weeks of no action has just cost me? I have downloaded Kenny and Dolly's Islands in the Stream for when she gets back from the LBS.
  4. Nothing like a build it's defiantly a very rewarding process. However be prepared for a few hidden costs. Check out http://www.rapide.co.za/ dealt with a Hubber named kiwi.
  5. No one bullies Christian Prudhomme. Why? because we are French.
  6. Rather have one....probably the best innovation since suspension.

  9. Benoni's finest our Mr Potgieter paying it forward like that. Proper moral fiber in the catchment area of the East Rand. You sir are a legend.
  10. Was it the Kuwahara that was all the rage post E.T? Feeling your pain on the Raleigh mine was 1st gen with the leather pads.
  11. Laped or not you participating in an XCO World Champs in your own back yard....fantastic. "feel the burn" and good luck.
  12. Just lose the 1,76kg (diet).....and go with the full suss.
  13. May the build Gods be with you...Nothing wrong with the red stem if one were to glance over to the saddle region and notice its Red,we shall call it synergy.
  14. Spez plug and play....This coming from the owner of a 920 Spark. Had to fork out quite a bit on a Fox CTD rear shock... lockout system just made the dash far to busy. After all why would you want to lock out anything on a MTB.
  15. If my head plant 2 weeks ago after running out of considerable talent is any thing to go by defiantly.

    Formula 1...

I seem to remember, Senna suggesting that the Benetton had a clandestine TC system in 1994. Was this proven or did Flavio pull the wool over the eyes of the FIA?
  17. Perhaps carrying to much speed? I hope he recovers soon to fight the Demons.....Much Respect.

Lock out the front row half the battle done.....Remember Enrique Bernoldi in the Arrows in 2001? Monaco is a different animal with or without DRS. Can't wait!!!

Mercs will qualify well no doubt and we all know how important that is in Monaco. However how will this translate in to race pace knowing that the merc is not so kind on it's tires. Maybe the make up of the Monte Carlo circuit might actually counter the tire degradation issue for them?
  20. To dad from dad.... just picked up my Scott Spark 920 just feels right, thank you all for the great advice. NB when I grow up I want to be a roadie.
  21. I have been off the bike for around 5 years and keen to get back on...however in those 5 years bikes have evolved, one has had a back operation and turned 40. My question is this does one look at the trail option.....on paper looks like a more forgiving steed on the body what are the pros & cons?
