I have said this before and i will say it again: In my opinion the PPA seeding is Faulty and the Cycle Tour Fund must grab in before everything that was achieved in the last 10 years will go to waste! Why is it that when i raise the issue then i dont exist to PPA, but when i have to pay my subs then i am very important........... Here is an example: Sun 22/09/2013 The Pennypinchers Die Burger Lions Karoo to Coast Mountain Bike Race (96km) My Ave speed 24.68 My Time 03:54 Winners time 03:05 I was 91st And they gave me an Index of 20.68 This counts towards my seeding for Argus so can someone please explain this to me ?
