If he tried to throw her in front of oncoming traffic and endangered her life with intent , that's attempted murder 2nd degree. If he went up to her and willfully and forcefully assaulted her and hit her that asult one. Pictures of damage on body hold well in court... Make sure you have pictures taken and the home GP sign them and date them . What ever way you look at it he's dangerous and bully and best keep out of society's way. A sober judge or prosecutor will find good reason to give this man some time to get his thoughts clear in a LEKKER South African Jail. I fully support any efforts to jail these animals as if their parents never taught them right form wrong hopefully the law will. A real man does not hit woman. This is a fact.

Man who throw a rock from a bride got sentenced to only ten years. But it's still a good thing he got caught and sentenced. The case was for a serious injury the week later, had no evidence as the driver the week before died a few days later. Same law applies to anyone who wants to harm or maim a cyclist. We all know we can't rely on the moungrels in government to do anything, but steal.

Trek or better a Rocky Mountain Elements (not BC) 970 if you got bags of cash. Lower your tyre pressures. Bring your seat forward. Raise from bars. Add padded palm grips.Try a few seats.try a few j2c you need to feel you on a lazy boy or you have a nurse popping your wounds on your butt. Get a PROPER SET UP. Again get a proper set up. Have fun.

Much better than foam. Last longer and are so much more comfortable. Can get local a bit to thick and heavy in my option but good or get imports no need to wast money on Big expensive brands same metrials used.

My patner rides a SRAM XX I ride Shimano we done the same distance to the meter on new bikes. He's had to replace his chain after 1400 km. my chain is perfect. So it's what components you have on our bike.

Merc do the same as soon as you request a quote they ask for your ID, THEN through out SA when ever you call another dealer they see price quoted on a intranet and know not to under quote it. So what's new!! But Merc probably bribed the commissioner with a dissy on a car so they never have a hearing... I am told commissioner does not MTB!!

Any ideas

My friend is coming up with his kids and wants a place he can camp or hire a hut or rondavel. He wants to bring his kids with MTB for short plus minus 8 or so km trail. Any recommendations would be welcome. Must be safe.

You can use sunlight liquid and best is to place the parts on a strainer hanging over the edge . Water can be warm or hot. Leave in for about 15 min Great for chain cleaning, but you must dry poperly and lube well after. Also great for cleaning bearings. Squirt the soap or degreaser on to part and then place in sonic machine. Don't leave to long in unit running as parts can wear. All parts should be pre cleaned with benzine or paraffin before. Or it makes the tank dirty very fast. Have fun.
