  1. I have a set of campagnola scrirroco rims. The rear wheel has 2 cracks by 2 nipples. I have already got new wheels. Just would like to know if they can be repaired, as i cant get just a rim. Or should i just chuck then out as trash.

  3. Hi All Hubbers. I need some advice on getting my bike from SA to Abu Dhabi as I am moving there in December. I have a road bike and would like to take it over.....I have 2 options: Bike bag.....which is as expensive as my bike but the reviews I have read are great. Bike Cardboard box. Inexpensive but not great with protection I did see a GCN video on how to box your bike properly and it can be protected properly by me:) I would like to get advice on what is the best way to go and also what is allowed on an ETIHAD flight in terms of Size and weight etc. Please help with any advice :)
  4. I started a weight loss program called Healthpointe 2.1 on the 16 May 2016. After one cyle I went from 100.4kg to 93.2kgs. Lost 32cms total. That was after 6 weeks and started a second one now. Hoping to get to 87kg by the time September races start. Feeling better and my climbing has improved. If anyone interested in Healthpointe 2.1. Google it or message me. It works for me and I hope to reach my goal in 5 weeks time Already 1kg down after a week of the second cycle.

I enjoyed my race and improved on my time by 25mins or so........with regards to the slower/short distanced riders............as experienced guys in the big bunch, instead of shouting KEEP LEFT rather tell them to hold their line and rather US go around them and that should cause less issues. You panic an inexperienced guy by shouting LEFT etc if they keep their line their is less chance for accidents........my 2 cents
  6. Like HBO.....Find out what works for you. For myself. Usually Have 50-100g of Cooked oats. Depends on the ride or race I do. For a race: 2 x Racefood bars 1 x Nak'd Bars 1 or 2 Goos Maybe a banana 1 x Bottle water and one 1 x High 5 Race mix best is to make sure you fuel the day before.Train your body to eat while training and it becomes easier on race day.
