    After turning MTB into a single speed I learnt the only way to cycle now is to find up hills and cruise down. Flats are no fun! Kloofnek you btch!!!

    My Cotic Bfe converted for SS 60km race Just waiting for the Nobby Nics to arrive then its business time. 34-20 ratio (1.7-1) should be enough to deal with the climbs!?!

    Agreed! Ride what your used to. I got 170mm crank arms and I'm a tall bugger. Better clearance

    I wont knock it cause I have not tried (and I am curious as hell). But sometimes I leaving my Garmin at home and I like how primitive it feels!

    Started doing bunkies religiously for core power and swimming to improve my breathing. Both are improving my ability to ride harder. But nothing like these guys...what I would give to be a full time athlete!
