I use a 308 for larger game 250m-350m. (Koedoe, Gemsbok, Eland)..243 100m-350m (Springbok) and 100m-250m in good conditons (Koedoe, Gemsbok). The 6.5 is a very versatile buy one shoot all tipe of rifle in my opinion.
6.5 Creedmoor is an awesome caliber. .270 with a suppressor/silencer will take a lot of the recoil away. .243 doesn't have a lot of recoil, but it can be tamed even more with a small suppressor/silencer.
I cant remember the import duties, but I did ask them to change the invoice for me. I cracked a Hong-Fu frame (my fault.) The replacement frame was at my post office within 5 weeks. Pretty good service if you ask me.
