Glad to hear it's not just me then. My query was also sent to Douw but I haven't had a response from him yet.

I’m unable to download the MyMTO app on my iPhone. It’s the app for purchasing permits for Jonkershoek trails. I had the app loaded on my phone and purchased an annual permit a few weeks ago. Yesterday I opened the app but instead of showing my permit it showed an error. That’s when I deleted the app to reload it again, this normally works for me with glitchy apps, but now it tells me the app is not available in my country/region. Fortunately I had the foresight to take a screenshot of my QR coded permit, however I’m wondering if this is something wrong on my side or is anyone else experiencing difficulties. 2016 - double dislocated thumb sending it down the Cobra at Hoogies. Was a long walk back to the carpark. Don't recall much about how it happened but I do remember the nurse in casualty asking if I wanted local anesthetic before they tried to straighten it out, yes, of course I do, I have never felt that much pain as that bloody needle injecting into my hand. next time no needle! Had to have surgery to repair tendons and nerves.

I have the same bike rack on my Hyundai i10 Grand. Works just fine with 2 MTBs. I wouldn't load more than 2 MTBs or ebikes on though. I cut an inner tube into small hoops to sit on the hooks that connect to the body of the car to prevent damaging the paintwork as a precaution. Don't switch your rear windscreen wiper on when the racks installed 🤪

This hill? I got 1/3 of the way up on an ebike but had to give up with all the walkers. Plenty of choice words were heard on the big push up to the gate.

I used to have one of these "Strapabiketome" carriers and used a laptop security cable attached to the carrier and into the boot. Was only a deterrent for smash and grabs but also made me feel happier leaving my car and bike carrier at the trails. Edit: Oh and cut up some old inner tubes to put on the contact points of the carrier, your cars paint will thank you 🙂
