    Club 100

I may even make a comeback for that...
  2. Assassins Creed is always fun.
  3. I've had asthma for longer than I have been riding my bike and I've never had any problems. As long as you take your meds as prescribed you shouldn't be up for any major asthma attacks as most of the meds are preventitive based. The foxair accuhaler (assuming its a round purple device) is your preventative medication. I take a spray of my asthma pump (ventolin - blue coloured aerosol inhaler) about 15 mins before I ride and I am all good to ride when I get on the bike. I take my ventolin pump with me when I ride as this is the pump to use if I was to have an asthmatic attack whilst riding. Most asthma medications contain a steriod, but it doesn't enhance your performance, as its there to prevent your airways from closing.
  4. Dont forget the Park Tool braai set, you get hungry doing your own repiars and the tongs and spatula can be used on the bike too!
  5. That's a loooong swim from India...
  6. Food State multivitamins are supposed to be one of the better brands out there. I use the Mens multivitamin and it doesn't turn your pee yellow like other multivitamins i've used in the past. (if thats a good yard stick to measure by)
  7. Mike at SBR in Sunninghill village. He set up my road bike and I haven't had any problems with ride comfort since.
  8. Nice bike! Post some pictures when you get it!
  9. If you're looking for energy drinks and gels give Megan at Pace & Power a call. Her shop is inside Fritz Pienaar Cycles on Witkoppen Road, Paulshof.
  10. Be happy you have pictures! My first ever race and not one sodding picture (and yes I looked through the unidentified ones!)
  11. Filth! Sis! Next time put a warning out! Bloody nice bike & build. Well done!
