  1. Regarding active days. When does the App or even the website update your daily steps etc. For yesterday it still has my steps as 3680 but I did a total of 11865. This has happened before and it's just never updated. I now check regularly during the day. So far today I have done 2647 steps and nothing is reflecting yet. There does not seem to be anywhere that you can force it to resync.
  2. Seems to be an issue again. We use one computer for downloading. Entered my password while downloading my husbands ride so now on my Garmin connect/Strava.
  3. I stay in Ladybrand and am not allowed to travel to Welkom or Bloemfontein. On the momentum site they only have approved places/people in Welkom and Bloemfontein in the Free State.
  4. Anyone else have a problem going for their yearly health/fitness assessment? I stay in a small town both Welkom and Bloemfontein are in different districts, in Level 3 I cannot travel outside my district. Am awaiting a reply from Momentum.

  6. How do you find the GPS tracking, on open water swimming, seems to differ from other devices over the same distance and route by as much as 200m (other watches Suunto and old Garmin measure 700m - 730m - Fenix 6 was measuring 480m them 510m)
  7. Are pushups a new thing? Where not there last year. Last year I got level 5 but can't do pushups due to a dodgy shoulder!
  8. Did anyone have better results with a not so tight bolt. Have a Scott and changing cables monthly.
  9. Question on results. A friend and I just did the 30km as a fun ride but our results are not showing. Does anyone know if there was maybe a checkpoint (we may have missed) on the fun rides besides the start and finish?
  10. What makes it "The Tough One". Is it the distance, technical, climbing? or all three?
  11. How long after a Cortisone injection, are you legally allowed to race?
  12. What excersises are safe when recovering from roator cuff and tendon surgery. Worked so hard just to get to this level of fitness and strength and would hate to loose it all in the recovery months.
