my new baby... so far changed the bars to a cool white Truvativ, some blue Spank hs spacers, top cap and a blue Crank bros seatpost... rear shock to a Fox CTD... fork and wheels next...

The last list that was posted was supposed to be the first quarters races... new races were "to be added later"... But now a lot are saying you wont get cash back on races entered pre joining, so say iv entered the 70.3, they add it to the list... I then pay my R900 Vitality memberships, do I still qualify for 25-50 % cash back?

So just got an email from Discovery: Team Vitality starts beginning Feb- first race is The Herald... the events list looks half the size though... doesn't look very interesting anymore with some big ones not included: Ie, IM 70.3, 5150 Bela bela/Ekhuruleni, Lost City, Tour Durban....

Anyone heard any more regarding this via Discovery? Wasn't it starting beginning Feb?

Also log you outdoor events/races, up to 5000 points for a race/event depending on distance and bonus points of 5000 for your fifth event/race... I think you can log up to 15000 points just on races and up to 10000 bonus...

Running a 42/16... The "granny" gear is there cos I havent drilled it out yet, actually wanting to get a new front chainring to replace current setup... this was a really cheap build, a few parts were trades and others were good second hand deals!

Where did u read that? I understood it that u can only claim 50% back of R3000 per quarter, R3000 being the maximum for entry expenditures per quarter. .. am I mistaken?

Hi. Anyone know who's the best local stockist of disc brake mount adaptors? I know I can get from the likes of CRC but would like to attempt at local first... Specs are: Front-Avid IS mount 180mm rotor Rear-Avid IS 160mm rotor They for the Avid elixir 1 onto a GT Avalanche frame... All suggestions appreciated. .. Thanx

I was taken for R40k a few years back in my old job... client wanted tyres for his taxi fleet. Sent EFT Proof of payment, all looked legit. Checked next day, funds showing in account. Still waited another two days yo be sure. Courier collected. Payment bounced two days later, cheque deposit, fake P.O.P, depositor had stolen I.D.. A fraudster will think of everything! From then on I make a point of phoning the bank to confirm deposit details. .. and never rush on deals. .. if it doesnt feel right, walk away...
