ive also noticed that the ave does take a while to be adjusted... usually a week or so.. give it two weeks before Hakahana and email them if hasnt changed...

Big Red Barn is cool as well as the others suggestions. BRB is just off Olifantsfontien-Irene...

I rode there yesterday, did about 45kms also split between the green and blue and fell about 4 times but well worth it. U guys are spoilt with single track like Giba! Honestly some hair-raising sections but that keeps the heartrate up Loved every second!

Cool. Was gonna suggest BCC... BRB is just off Olifantsfontien from R21. Can do a decent 23km loop there with some nice fast flowing tech but not alot of climbing. .. have u tried Thaba trails? Just off Kliprivier-Alberton side... some nice climbing there...

hey Joe. Modders will help with training. Some nice uphills from the start. Also try Big Red Barn for a little technical forest stuff. Are u based in benoni?
