Sidmouth

I think it is a center lock,The six bolts have no option to tighten them, looks like they are pressed closed or similar, But I don't think braking on these is a good idea. As I am new to this I have no idea if the hub that holds this disc will need replacing, or if the movement will cause permmanent damage

I bought a good quality bike on the Hub all looks good so far it has new SLX brakes and levers, I noticed that the disc on the front is slightly loose, I am able to move it back and forth on the 6 pins minutely with a small click click sound. is this normal or is it a wear and tear issue the previous owner said the bike only did 500KM P.S ok photos attached,sorry
