Thought id share my secret weapon ...haha its working for me ...no guarantee its going to work for someone else But I've been 3 years flue less ...Since i started taking a tablet of scorbex every 2nd or 3rd day during winter i normaly start in april and it really seams to work for me ...maybe im just superstitious or something but ive been commuting thru winters and still no colds

Morning 26er sorry only saw yore mgs now im im not gonna make it today however it would be awesome if we can do organize a ride for next weekend ? I stay in 3 rivers close to the fourways garage and recently discovered the goeiehoek sterkfontein gravel roads would be great to see what roads you ride to make up 3 hours of gravel around here

Hey guys thanks for the reply's sorry for my late reply much appreciated I will definitely make contact with you guys I just need to get a bike rack just sold my bakkie and only have the wife's golf at the moment maybe ill join in on the sat stonehaven ride as thats still doable to ride to commute to there and then still di the trails thanks again guys

Hey there I live in vereeniging three river , would like to join in on weekend group rides if possible for either road or mtb rides as the guys im riding with at the moment is very inconsistent and I find my self riding alone on most group rides haha

Hey guys I bought this blank frame from someone on the hub , he did not have any info on the frames history , brand or supplier so was just wondering if someone maybe know what model this is . I know its like searching for a needle in a haystack , just thought I might get lucky

Hey Oracle BoB and Meezo thanks for the reply I will definitely sent her a email. I might be looking at some carbon wheels as well but will have to see if I have enough money the group sets and so on my trek will have to so for now haha. Would the cost increase a lot if I add a weelset with the frame? Thanks for the estimation its really going to help me with the buget
