Would be cool to start a whatsup cycling group i know there is a whatsup group for three rivers in vereeniging that is already 51 members strong they acomadate mtb and road group rides over weakends and 5 o'clock mornings during the week ......would be awsome if we could start a group like that in vanderbijlpark ..........
  3. Did it in 2014 all the way from gauteng was worth the drive very well organised event and definitely challenging on some of those climbs

I used to commute with my road bike but had a lot of problems with flats even with some gatorskins but with the tubeless crossmark's and slime on my mtb ive been 100 % puncture free .....saving me a lot of time and effort and the nobblies on the tyres is great for the exstra training but i only do 13 km to work and then 13km back again
  5. I always find them at discem ....i like the after taste when swallowed whole haha but would be a bid overpowering if not swolon on the whole

Thought id share my secret weapon ...haha its working for me ...no guarantee its going to work for someone else But I've been 3 years flue less ...Since i started taking a tablet of scorbex every 2nd or 3rd day during winter i normaly start in april and it really seams to work for me ...maybe im just superstitious or something but ive been commuting thru winters and still no colds

  10. I started eating racefood bars during my rides and since then its been so much better , its important to eat real food during you're ride as the energy drinks only spike you for a bit and then you drop again .....you also burn a ton of cal so that also the reason for feeling like vreeting
  11. I did it in 2013 ...also drove up from gauteng with a friend , very nice and well organised event also challenging not the climbs I was used to in gauteng haha

Hey guys I'm also very new to the running thing and was wondering what would be better for my running , started building slowly and I'm doing a avrg of 5.15 on 6km only one time a week, I did try and up it to 2×6km a week but started to feel my knees and decided to take it slow .....my question though is should I rather built up to a longer weekly run or stay with 6 km and try and run it faster over time?
