Thanks for the info. Chain reaction is where I spotted it initially, just wanted them a bit sooner. I fell some time ago, not to bad, but my wrist just doesn't seem to want to get better, suppose I don't rest it enough.

Mmm... Different places, enduros tore between legs and perrenials (pictured) tore at left thigh. Don't ride with items in pockets....

Ok so, I have had the indola enduros for about 6 weeks and a tear developed between the chamois and the Lycra, I returned them for a warranty replacement and in the meantime bought a pair of perennials to use. Literally the first ride and a tear in a similar spot. Should this concern me or is it not a big deal?? Don't want to keep sending shorts back.

This is crazy... My wife and I passed that section on the other side of the bridge and noticed a security car and was wondering what was going on. And now just spotted this post as my wife is telling me about our friend Simon who got stabbed this morning cycling there. Nooit. Edit. What's even scarier is that my wife was going to ride alone this morning but I decided to be a roadie for the morning and go with. Could have been her in that situation!!

Aah, thought it was old, but not that old... I'm curious about the frame sizing, I checked some charts and sizing calculators and all seem to say 60cm, if it is the case that she can ride 54-56cm, that opens up a whole lot of other options as finding a 60cm is not easy.

Looking at buying the below as a beginners bike for my wife (183cm tall). Never heard of the brand before but googling seems its not too bad. Is this a good buy/brand? Looking for an all round triathlon calendar/website/forum. Can't seem to find one site that lists all events, 11 Global is happening this morning on my doorstep, but had no idea it even existed till now. I follow triathlon SA and check their site regularly, but didn't mention this event.

I sent an email to my insurance company with a list of hypothetical situations and asked them to state next to each one if they would cover it, all came back yes, so hey..... Edit: Definitely keeping it for record!!
