  1. Thanks guys, looks like HR it is!!
  2. Hahaha thanks Spinnekop! The only problem with that is spending more money!! At the end of the day I just want accurate data, and use the system that is closest to providing that to me. Ja to be honest im leaning to the F3 HR, just for the fact that you can monitor you HR through out the day.
  3. Morning All, Just a quick question: Im looking to get the Fenix 3, but cant decide which one is better, I will mostly use it for mountain biking and gyming, but have heard that when mountain biking with it the Fenix 3 HR can loose connection with your heart rate when descending. So if you had to choose between the 2 options (Fenix 3 HR vs Fenix 3 with HR strap) which will you choose? What are your experience with the Fenix 3 HR when hammering it down a descent?
  4. Howzit everyone Just a quick question for all What would be rated the best enduro bike for South African conditions, taking all different areas into consideration, from Tzaneen to Cape Town. Most enduro bikes available are made for the type of terrain in Europe and North American (massive mountain with elevation). Would that be classified as too much? Dewald

  6. hi there. Had a ride at Hakahana today and on my way back down the black route towards the blue route i had a crash and lost my Bryton rider 40, not to sure exactly where it was but think it was close to the ruins. If anyone finds it please contact me, reward for it. Regards Dewald 072 807 6230

  10. hi there all need some help.... After my last bike service i decided im going to start doing some of it myself. So the first thing i wanted to look at was getting my cassette off and giving it a proper clean and if needed replacing it and the chain. So i bought all the necessary tools for the job ( chain whip + lock ring). I removed the lock nut and the smallest cog with out any trouble, but that was it the remaining 8 didn't want to move no matter what i do, not sure if its stuck or if there is something im missing that needs to be loosen!!! Was tempted to do the old Jeremy Clarkson and hit it with a hammer but decide to rather get some pro help... Can anyone help me out please? Regards Dewald
