  1. I bought the Extreme light 900 for R595 I think they retail for now. i used it for 3 mornings per week for 1hour full on and then only it needs to be recharged again. in the meanwhile I bought the Extreme 2k light which is noe retailing for R1799 if I am not mistaken. I recharge this light every two weeks using it three times a week for an hour and on weekends if we go out early it also runs for an hour at least sometimes more. Extreme lights is great cause the price is much more affordable for what you get
  2. 6'2" is 194cm and should definately get a XL frame! When you get a Dual sus make sure that you get fitted aswell as get your suspension fitted according to your weight. I am 110kg and ride a KTM Dual Sus! Best I have ever owned and no problems climbing after Suspension setup has been done properly!

  4. Hi all! Please help me raise money for kids with Cancer? I would like to raise as much money as possible for these kids! I did the Argus on my knobblies this year and 94.7 is also coming! Planning to do it on a "dikwiel!" If I can find one! Also planning a MTB Race for the CHOC Cows at a secret location where we are building a Track specifically for The CHOC Cows Mtb Race. It will be a one of a kind MTB race and will keep you updated as the plans fall together! Below just a little something on CHOC... WHAT IS CHOC? CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation SA plays a key role in providing care for children diagnosed with cancer across South Africa. It is a country wide organization that provides the highest level of care required to treat childhood cancer in keeping with the latest developments world-wide. The funds raised by CHOC are provided directly to support the children diagnosed with cancer as well as their families. Furthermore, the Paediatric Oncology Units in major hospitals are supported by funds raised by CHOC to enable the Doctors and Nurses to provide quality treatment to children diagnosed with cancer. CHOC uses the funds raised by The Cows run specific projects, such as hospital upgrades, building new CHOC Houses and buying transport vans for children with cancer. 5. Spec wise what you get on a Silverback for what you pay I do not think that any brand can beat them price wise. I would defn go for the Silverback as you get a Air Shock. That for me puts it way above the GT
  6. The Merida equipment should not even be allowed on this bike!!
