Hi guys, may I ask a stupid question? Please preach to me about the flat pedal gospel so I can understand? is it for Downhill only? Do you not have more control with cleats? Please enlighten me so that I can maybe convert as well? I have been playing with the idea but cannot see myself changing. awaiting some good advice.

I use PerfPro Studio which have plenty different training modes. Power training at its best. think the licence was also in the region of $69. Zwift is also very nice to use. I am also waiting to see what programmes the guys gooi on here. Defn gonna try Kinnomap aswell.

So why do they not take out one week out of the year, test every single elite rider out there and sommer suspend all at the same time???!! I am sure that they will look at entries as if you are a 10yr participant or 21 club, etc that you will get preference. I don't think that they are complete idiots. I agree with Pure Savage, sure they don't make decisions to piss off riders. They are surely just trying to make it better for all. I think that they should defn give preference to previous entrants and look at CTCT history, did you show up when you entered, etc. They should also ban substitutions if there are no Dr notes or so forth. Then they can stop people from just entering and not using the entries.. I surely hope that I will be lucky to get an entry as this is my yearly treat!!

Hi all you Polar users. Please help me here. I bought the Polar M400. (My first Polar product, cause I always wanted one.) I use a Garin 810 for my MTB and got the Polar now for Running and Swimming. (Also use it on the MTB to compare to my Garmin..) Can any of you tell me if Polar can be set to upload to Strava automatically or do I have to go through the whole hassle of creating a gpx file everytime? Love the Polar though.. awesome product.

I think you should have bought a KTM Scarp Gary, but that is because I am riding one.. haha May you have many happy miles on your new Scott! My training partner rides a Scott 920 and I can tell you he has not had any issues with his Scott's before..

I would like to ask the following question? Why did you not keep your invoice for the 5 year period that SARS requires? I have bought a couple of lights from them 4 to be exact for me and some mates. we have had nothing but great service from these guys and everytime I dealt with them they were more than willing to help! I am a happy Current Customer and also have no issue telling others that!

I bought the Extreme light 900 for R595 I think they retail for now. i used it for 3 mornings per week for 1hour full on and then only it needs to be recharged again. in the meanwhile I bought the Extreme 2k light which is noe retailing for R1799 if I am not mistaken. I recharge this light every two weeks using it three times a week for an hour and on weekends if we go out early it also runs for an hour at least sometimes more. Extreme lights is great cause the price is much more affordable for what you get

6'2" is 194cm and should definately get a XL frame! When you get a Dual sus make sure that you get fitted aswell as get your suspension fitted according to your weight. I am 110kg and ride a KTM Dual Sus! Best I have ever owned and no problems climbing after Suspension setup has been done properly!
