  1. The activity list view in Intervals.icu now has 70 selectable columns, filtering, clickable headers for sorting and bulk edit operations to help manage your activities.
  2. Thanks! There is. If you go to the /settings page you can subscribe. It will also bug you to do so once a week or so but you don't have to.
  3. You should rather use your old account and just set a password. Did you "revoke access" from Strava on the old a/c?
  4. I fixed a bug just now that caused problems editing things immediately after logging in. Is it still broken? Please post a link to one of your Intervals.icu activities so I can find your a/c and have a look. Tx.
  5. I have "starting fitness" on the todo list. I haven't done it yet because most people have enough history so its not really an issue. And even starting from scratch with no history after 90 days or so it doesn't make a big difference.
  6. Intervals.icu now shows your FTP increases and best power achievements under the fitness chart https://forum.intervals.icu/t/track-the-best-efforts-along-with-the-fitness-curve/1794/3
  7. I don't see that on that activity? The avg for the whole ride is 50/50. If you zoom in on a part where you aren't pedalling you can see breaks in the LR balance line. Those are the bits with missing data because you weren't pedalling presumably.
  8. Tx. You can also drag the edges of intervals directly on the graph and press 'A' to add a new interval at the marker position.
  9. As of this mornings update the HRV fields allow decimals.
  10. Tx! You can sync directly with Garmin Connect instead of Strava otherwise you can upload .fit files manually. Intervals.icu will do better with laps on .fit files from Garmin Connect or manually uploaded that those from Strava. Strava has a bug related to intervals and the privacy zone if you have that turned on. Intervals.icu can't use the interval data from the device directly because it doesn't map back to the power and other traces, which is required to support interval editing. So it maps the intervals start and end times as best it can to the underlying data and re-computes everything. You can choose torque on the interval search page which is helpful to see progression if you are doing torque intervals. But there isn't a "torque curve" yet.
  11. Intervals.icu now tracks left/right power balance, per activity and over time for .fit files (not Strava data) . https://forum.intervals.icu/t/left-right-balance-graphs-from-garmin-connect/2552/3
  12. Tx. Yes it has been asked (a lot!) but I decided to make the web site work nicely on small screens instead. It runs well on my iPhone 8 and have had good reports for other phones. Not quite as good as an app but this way I can put all my effort into the web app and not have to also have to maintain iOS and Android apps.
  13. Intervals.icu can now record and plot HRV, sleep, soreness, subjective fatigue, stress, mood, motivation, menstrual cycle (inc future prediction) and other wellness stats https://forum.intervals.icu/t/can-we-have-some-female-specific-tools/1821/11
  14. Tx Jehosefat yes you need to configure HR zones to get training load for HR-only activities. Also I noticed that your FTP is probably set a bit low. It is causing some of your ride power to get clipped as a "spike". Thats what the little orange bolt icons on the calendar are.
  15. You can now add your own custom charts on the /compare page to go with the “Power vs HR chart”. Click the “Add Chart” button and choose one of the presets or “Custom”. You can compare time periods (e.g. this season vs last season) and/or athletes. https://forum.intervals.icu/t/custom-charts-on-compare-page/1834
  16. Intervals.icu has a new page for comparing athletes and time periods. First chart is power vs HR. Shows fitness improvement very clearly with zero testing! https://forum.intervals.icu/t/new-compare-page-with-power-vs-hr-chart/1730
  17. The Intervals.icu workout builder now supports workout steps using %MMP (mean maximal power) from the athlete's power curve. More specific than %FTP for high power work. https://forum.intervals.icu/t/workout-builder/1163/150
  18. Intervals.icu now supports training plans! Drag and drop from your workout library and share with others. https://forum.intervals.icu/t/training-plans-now-supported/1599
  19. You can add custom plots to the /fitness page which will do this and lots of other things. Click "Options" and then "Add Chart" and choose "Custom". The click "Add Plot" and choose "Efficiency": There are lots of other things you can plot. Each chart can have left and right y-axis and you can add multiple plots to the same chart so long as there is axis space. Here are some examples: https://forum.intervals.icu/t/how-do-you-have-your-fitness-chart-configured-and-why/1553
  20. You can now upload planned workouts from Intervals.icu to Garmin devices via Garmin Connect. https://forum.intervals.icu/t/upload-planned-workouts-to-garmin-connect/1521
  21. When your eFTP goes up you can't click on it to update your FTP yet, if thats what you meant. You have to go to settings to do that.
  22. Is is already. There are achievements for FTP up and new best power for any of the durations you are watching in "Best efforts".
  23. There is a new achievement for when Intervals.icu thinks your threshold heart rate has gone up. You can click it to change your threshold HR (and other HR zones) for future activities. In this case I am not changing anything … I lost my only bottle in the first few minutes and got a bit thirsty! The algorithm uses 98% of your best 20m HR or your best 60m HR, whichever is higher.
  24. I might have fixed that recently. When did it last happen? I fixed a number of places where a "re-sync with Strava" might have wiped out existing changes.
  25. Intervals.icu now works on phones in portrait mode. Not quite an app but not too far off and you don't need to install anything! https://forum.intervals.icu
