  1. Do you mind posting a link to that activity and I can have a look. Tx.
  2. Selling a product with almost the same name as another product but much smaller sizing is good service? Thats almost guaranteed to trigger returns at R220 cost to customer each. I didn't keep the bag because it didn't occur to me that the bib would be much smaller.
  3. Read the post and decide for yourself what you think of their service ... I am just telling the sad story because I am somewhat annoyed and maybe I can save some people some money and trouble .. On the 16th of August I ordered "CASTELLI Free Aero Race 4 Men's 2021 Bibshort" Large for R2770 all in. Bib arrived, fits well, all good. On the 25th of September I ordered "CASTELLI Free Aero Race 4 Bibshort Team" Large and some other stuff for R3837. Stuff arrived, I checked the product and size and tossed it in the cupboard. A few days later I decided to wear the new bib. Way too small in-spite of also being a "Large" and also "Free Aero Race 4 Bibshort". Thats annoying as I thought I was getting the same bib. I emailed them and paid R220 to send the bib back for a credit. Paying R220 for a return is little annoying but it is in the T&C's so ok. They said they would have more of the original bib I ordered in Nov. Popped the bib with all tags attached into a ziplock back and gave it to the courier. Response: "I am sorry but we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return if you don’t have the original packaging, as per our terms and my original email. We will courier the return back to you tomorrow." It seems if you don't keep the original plastic bag you can't do a return. Thats also in the T&C's but really? Radically different sizing for "Large" of the "same" product and they reject the return on a technicality? I queried this, response: "Again thanks for the reply. No we do not have Castelli bags lying around as each Castelli bag has a bar code and label specific to the model and size of the particular item." They have offered to refund my R220 but thats it. Now I need to find somewhere else to buy cycling clothing online and am stuck with an expensive bib I can't use.
  4. "To me the power looks unlikely i.e. something up with his PM." .. thats not an accusation, reasonable question looking at such amazing numbers!!
  5. Only that the power seemed high and maybe there was an issue with his PM. But John just cleared that up! Amazing stuff!
  6. Matt Beers posted power data on Strava so I created a fake account for him on Intervals.icu. To me the power looks unlikely i.e. something up with his PM. https://forum.intervals.icu/t/matt-beers-fake-account/5080
  7. just implemented GPX upload and of course I had to go pull in MVDP’s insane SB effort! Even for him that was a monster ride. Look how many times his HR was close to his max and his W’bal chart. He is running a massive deficit for the last 1h30. And you can see where he almost popped with approx 1h to race.
  8. The Strava rate limit is global and not per-user. They used to grant increases based on (among other things) how many users your app had. For probably at least the last year they haven’t been giving any increases at all, first ignoring the mail and then an automated message saying “no rate limit bumps”. I think they have decided that Strava apps don’t fit into their strategy and not granting any rate limit increases is a way to kill them without a lot of bad publicity (e.g. if they killed the API).
  9. You can register on Intervals.icu without a Strava or Garmin account.
  10. Yes you can. You can sync with Garmin Connect or manually upload .fit files.
  11. Share plans and workouts with groups Create groups for your riding buddies, team or club. Drag and drop folders and plans from your library to share with the group. Anyone in the group will be able to drag the folders, plans and individual workouts into their own library for use! https://forum.intervals.icu/t/share-training-plans-and-workouts-with-groups/3308
  12. Vetplant has it about right. Is how much energy you can expend above FTP. You can get an estimate from the /power page (tick say the 90d box). It isn't applied to rides automatically yet. If you fill it in and turn on the W'bal chart you can see it go close to zero if you do a flat out effort. It recovers when you spend time under FTP, quicker the lower the power. If you get below zero then maybe your FTP has gone up or your W' is higher than you think. This is very similar to MPA in Xert. Technically it is meant to be above CP (critical power) but Intervals.icu computes it relative to FTP when using the eFTP power model since that what most people use.
  13. The activity list view in Intervals.icu now has 70 selectable columns, filtering, clickable headers for sorting and bulk edit operations to help manage your activities.
  14. Thanks! There is. If you go to the /settings page you can subscribe. It will also bug you to do so once a week or so but you don't have to.
  15. You should rather use your old account and just set a password. Did you "revoke access" from Strava on the old a/c?
  16. I fixed a bug just now that caused problems editing things immediately after logging in. Is it still broken? Please post a link to one of your Intervals.icu activities so I can find your a/c and have a look. Tx.
  17. I have "starting fitness" on the todo list. I haven't done it yet because most people have enough history so its not really an issue. And even starting from scratch with no history after 90 days or so it doesn't make a big difference.
  18. Intervals.icu now shows your FTP increases and best power achievements under the fitness chart https://forum.intervals.icu/t/track-the-best-efforts-along-with-the-fitness-curve/1794/3
  19. I don't see that on that activity? The avg for the whole ride is 50/50. If you zoom in on a part where you aren't pedalling you can see breaks in the LR balance line. Those are the bits with missing data because you weren't pedalling presumably.
  20. Tx. You can also drag the edges of intervals directly on the graph and press 'A' to add a new interval at the marker position.
  21. Tx! You can sync directly with Garmin Connect instead of Strava otherwise you can upload .fit files manually. Intervals.icu will do better with laps on .fit files from Garmin Connect or manually uploaded that those from Strava. Strava has a bug related to intervals and the privacy zone if you have that turned on. Intervals.icu can't use the interval data from the device directly because it doesn't map back to the power and other traces, which is required to support interval editing. So it maps the intervals start and end times as best it can to the underlying data and re-computes everything. You can choose torque on the interval search page which is helpful to see progression if you are doing torque intervals. But there isn't a "torque curve" yet.
  22. Intervals.icu now tracks left/right power balance, per activity and over time for .fit files (not Strava data) . https://forum.intervals.icu/t/left-right-balance-graphs-from-garmin-connect/2552/3
  23. Tx. Yes it has been asked (a lot!) but I decided to make the web site work nicely on small screens instead. It runs well on my iPhone 8 and have had good reports for other phones. Not quite as good as an app but this way I can put all my effort into the web app and not have to also have to maintain iOS and Android apps.
  24. Intervals.icu can now record and plot HRV, sleep, soreness, subjective fatigue, stress, mood, motivation, menstrual cycle (inc future prediction) and other wellness stats https://forum.intervals.icu/t/can-we-have-some-female-specific-tools/1821/11
