  1. Here in KZN they are selling them for R130k live around the corner from Concept store in Watefall and that's what they told me.
  2. Yea I have120mm already so my next option is a 140mm fork or some offset bushes.
  3. For half that price I can get an Awesome Enduro bike, that might not climb as fast but will bomb down the hill at one hell of a speed.
  4. Same price as the Burry one.
  5. Where did you get your headset from? I'm looking for one and have seen good reviews on the Works one,the FSA and CC ones are between R2600 and R3500.
  6. I have XO trails on my bike and those thing are super powerful, they have awesome modulation.
  7. Did you buy your Works headset from them directly or from LBS,I'm looking for one and they cheaper than the FSA and Cane Creek ones. Heard some guys having probs with the CC one.
  8. Why you sliding your rear tire? You must do breaking before the corner and rail it through the corner.
  9. I have heard that the HD is pressure sensitive,so now I am a bit skeptical. Some guys here are running Onza Ibex as well and they seem to like them,I was also looking for Maxxis HR2 and Minion but there is no stock in SA and they tell me that they not gonna bring them in either.
  10. I have Spez Ground control on at the moment on the front and a fasttrack on the rear. For now it's fine seeing that it's so dry here but wanna get something a bit more aggressive.
  11. Wanna use them for Enduro, and trail riding, and well running a bit of tar as well. Def not doing marathons, not a race snake. That is not my idea of fun so don't fall in that big percentage of Saffas who do marathons.
  12. Had a look at Easybike online and their prices are really good.
  13. Go and look at Enjoy Fitness have a pair of their bibs.Very comfy and not too badly priced.
  14. Who has or have used Hans Dampf tires? Wanna get a set but wanna see what you guys think of them.Reviews online look very good.
  15. Have Pillar double butted on my wheels but with a thickness of 1.8mm in the centre and not 1.6mm
  16. Got a price for a FSA angle headset of R2600. Eishhhh!
  17. How much do you weigh, and are you worried about weight.
  18. All I have to do is get the new Guides, only the lever/reservoir,my caliper and rotors will work fine with them. The only problem is that Cape cycles can't tell me when they gonna get stock and the online site have no stock.
  19. Dropper posts are the bomb.
  20. Hey I'm not a suspension designer so I can't really comment too much,oh he also says he does not know how the bushes stay in place and not move around. He did say the only issue with a angle headset is that they tend to start creaking.
  21. Yea tell me about it you had to pedal your butt off to make sure you stay ahead. That is quite a rush riding at a pace down gnarly section you would normally take a chill over. But that makes you faster and better over technical.
  22. Giba should be the same, the timer also uses his own discretion and looks at the person and bike, not always the best way but that's what we as humans do. We rate things on face value. I joked with the timer at the top of bat outa hell and said can I get a minute and he laughed at me and said YOU get 30 second gap only.
  23. The angle headset is easy to install I just need together a price for one,I know Africa cycles have them in stock.
  24. The actual timing is 30 second intervals, the ladies and kids get 1 minute.
  25. Giba will be good to ride now especially after this bit of rain. Not so great when it is dusty and dry.Check out the Enduro track it is pretty cool.
