    I need to see what it looks like,I believe the Spez is similar,but one thing about The Rock razor is it's gonna be priced quite high. These tires are meant to roll fast but corner like crazy.

    Looking at the Spez site this AM and saw the new Slaugter tire looks very similar to The Rock razor,they say this is a rear specific tire but some guys are running it on the front. Anyone tried or seen the Rock razor.

    I think the moral of the story is just ride your bike no matter what the wheel size or bike.

    I spoke to the guy from MX alliance now they don't do test samples so this is a problem.He says that he sponsors Myles Kelsey some stuff.

    Its not always about the bike but the rider skill as well,I don't think that bike is gonna make you any faster than the next guy,maybe you might think it will make you more superior to the guy on a cheaper bike

    Scary thing is you can put a brilliant rider on a Makro special and they will kick the guy on the Spez ass,have a look at the Bike life site where they have a link to all the different trails in Rsa have a look at the one for Karkloof and see what Greg Minnaar does on a cyclocross bike.

    The fork is supposedly stiffer as well. That fork has a different hub as well so it's not like you can get a off the shelf hub if it bombs out.

    Haha this is what Santa Cruz are telling people about their new Nomad color,it's not pink it's magenta. Still looks like pink to me,but I must say some of the new colors on the bikes now do look wicked.

    Wahahaha Hardtail division,you would be surprised how much faster some hardtail riders are then FS riders.

    20k cheaper damn,but even if I had that kind of money I would not buy the Epic,not my kind of bike. But it is good looking and at that price I should hope so.

    They recommend a 120-140mm for my bike so should work but I'm looking at about 10k for shox.
