  13. Garen Bloch quit cycling a long time ago, last I heard he was working in Israel.
  14. Training at the Velodrome can only happen if you belong to a WPCA affiliated club (which has to pay for the lights / electrisity that's being used while you train). And it is very controlled as well. You can't just pitch up and ride there, the Velodrome is normally closed and there is a training schedule that you have to stick to.
  15. Ronelle, TITUS there is quite a bit of interest in CT for this course. I'll let you know as soon as I get a date from Graig Hawtree.   16. if we want to be realistic .... this morning (just after 7h00) Orca and myself went up Helshoogte pass (not the old one) and motor bikes (as usual) went up there at crazy neck breaking speads..... if one of those bikes lost control at those speeds and hit a cyclist (like myself), a helmet would not have made a difference any way....and yes I had mine on - never ride with out it...but, in certain circumstances a helmet could only be a "fashion accessory"
