my favourite one is this one that I got myself about 10 years ago as a gift for myself.

I CrossFit 5 days a week in the morning, just do the WOD's, scale the exercises if I must and not try to compete with the youngsters.

Just want to introduce myself, took up cycling 2 weeks ago after hurting my back a couple of months ago and being unable to jog anymore. Bought a Specialized Camber Comp Done nearly 200km in 2 weeks and I'm loving it! Oh and I'm from Windhoek in Namibia.
