  1. It's like "classy-classic-cycle"
  2. I'm guessing as I get older my views will change on this.. as the knees start cracking
  3. We use to have the Jira machines at work. After a while it does taste funny (office wasn't good on maintenance I guess) but even on the best of days... it didn't beat an ordinary plunger-coffee !
  4. Re watching "BlackBooks" - its on youtube, Flippen brilliant !
  5. Ditto Specialized shoes ! Loveeee mine !
  6. lol, k, thanks guys will give it a try
  7. Ahh okey Does it work ? lol not that I doubt you, more like my holding-tire-inplace-inflate-with-co2-at-same-time capability
  8. Hi all, I got a puncture but I do have slime(stan) in , it works great but think most of it has been used up or is old. Now i try to fill it up, but what a mission !. I have a tubeless conversion and I can't get the tire to seal while pumping it up. Of course I need a Air Compressor that can do it "fast" enough, but alas don't have one. Any tricks or ideas ?
  9. Well how about Mapogo(do they still exist ?) I remember my friend used them VERY successfully in the restaurant business.
  10. I hate it when big companies treat you like a stupid arse ! and they have this I don't care attitude ! Baster Brak ! I hear you ! https://www.kulula.com/pages/survey/feedback.aspx?FC=31 Send them a link to this page, and told them, yes I will not be making use of them. !
  11. Hi, Moved to somerset myself a few months ago, so far I've done, Jonkershoek(NICE !),HelderbergFarm(LOTS of must-walk-hills) and of course, Oak Valley (VERY NICE !)
  12. Try this I don't know how or why it works but it works for me every time Loosen the bolts of the caliper where they are fasten to your fork/frame. Not the bolts/screw that holds the pads ! Then pull a few times the brake lever, then pull and HOLD brake-lever WHILE fastening the bolts you loosen. I had it a few times, and every time this works. This assume of course that your rim is not bent.
  13. cyclesure !
  14. Hmm interesting thread Can't we have a sticky/permanent post 'thingie' sort of like a LBS directory broken up in location, where CONSTANT feedback can be given, not have separate threads like this, which might get lost or have little impact on LBS ? Soon the LBS will take of it i'm sure and try their best to keep negative feedback to a minimum ?
  15. yes had the same problem, Now I fall lekker with my clip less pedals. I does make pedaling uphill easier for me ! :S
