Agree with this, i just think at No.3 we need a committed player as well. Faf can and will stand there for 50 overs if we are 3 down in 5-10 overs. RR has not yet proved himself although i hope he does well in the future, he could be a great talent. The bowling is going to rely heavily on taking wickets, we have shown time and time again, when they get put under pressure they crack (4th ODI). Dale and Tahir are going to be pivotal if our batsmen dont post big scores.

I still think that we should have 5 bowlers and a part timer (JP), that leaves no place for Berhardien. my fifth would probably be Abbot even though he has bowled poorly in this series with Parnell as my backup. Both would only need to bowl 5-7 overs. Riley has played well this series kind of, he is very hit and miss. Go look how many games he has played and how many times he has scored less than 10. This series was also very poor for SA before the WCup. It was shown if you just hung around a bit you will get terrible balls and could really capitalize. I would still have Faf as number 3 in other words.

Agree with Behardien and Parnell, but Miller has been putting in some decent contributions. I believe M Van Wyk is also cover for Q de Kock but will only be backup for AB if Quinton does not go.

I know his pain. Had the same injury as him in school, just wish i had competent medical staff around me at the time. Waited 1.5 hours before i got any form of treatment. It is absolutely excruciating and you just dont understand unless you have had it.

such basic stats, wouldn't read much into it. they look at a lot more detailed data, than simply 'tries scored/clean breaks'. [but in saying that, I don't think we were that far behind the ABs in the tri nations this year - if they lost the game they houdini'd to a draw with oz, and morne steyn kicked the blerrie ball out it wouldn't have been ours]. I Agree with the above. Look at the opposition played against as well. Doubt any team can compare to the kiwis on any stats and that is why they are the best by a country mile. but compare us to numbers 3 and 4 and the opposition we are all playing against.

Agree that Morris should get a crack. AB should be in at 4 with Rousouw coming in later and should be dropped when JP is back. Faf has been a decent no.3 but needs to be a bit more consistent. Would like Abbot to play as Tahir's replacement on the un-assisting pitches or replace the quick that is not on form at any given time.

Haha, He is very much loved and he knows it too. I will change it sometime soon. There is a bloodline test for the hips and the breeders state that they are in the clear. I have never had a dog that is so affectionate and just so much fun although my boerboel was damn close. If i had a huge yard i would have a few of each.

It used to be that you needed a license to breed dogs, if they just had to re-instate that it would help a lot. My wife and i were heavily involved in the SPCA for some time and this was one of the things we pushed hard to no end. Most people just dont care about animals at the end of the day. I disagree about the most breeders part, backyard puppy mills are not breeders.

So we hold that comfortably till next year then. If we bash the aussies in the ODI's we will hold that comfortably as well. Just a bit of a way off in the T20's. Will take a while to regain that top spot.

Im not disagreeing with the definition of what gambling is, it is the interpretation of the gambling commission that is an issue. My CFO is a big gambler and he explained it to me in a complex way. They do and they dont have a right. Same as they can tax winnings in a casino but the generally dont. No need to get into an disagreement just saying that they propably shoving their hand into the pie.

It is a *** one but they have been stipulating this for weeks. Everything i have watched or heard relating to this mentioned the over 18 rule. Remember this is a large amount and not a small promotional win so the gambling commission will probably be involved for their share as well. Gambling can be any form of prize where the intention is to win, it was broken down in a listing a while ago.

They needed to win both to take back No.1 Now they looking good to lose both. Fantastic result. Oh and we just need to take back the t20 top spot again.

Spot on, i checked back 6 generations with my boy to see before i bought him. A lot of dogs in SA are interbred a bit too much.
