except for the swim in the swamp at the Wiesenhoff camp ... that was a sketchy place to swim

Enjoy ... team of 4 is a nice size. The only time I did a team thing, it was way too large, and was just not as fun as solo riding. Make sure you take the time to ride out to the dam after the long climb and go for a swim....if you get your last laps timing right, you can hook out that way before the final days 12:00 cut off, take a dip and finish the ride afterwards.

Shimano are joining the party so late, they may just as well be patenting wireless single speed shifting .... or a lockout lever on your shifter to lock out your rigid fork.

you joke ........... I once met a rider training for the Epic ON THE CYCLE LANE who had a flat and did not know how to use his tubeless repair kit.

Now you know the back markers all change their previous years Epic for the latest Epic just before the Epic.

What I find interesting about this test, besides the final force required to break the der ... is the repeated, and increased force applied to the der ... one would assume this would have also weakened the material before the final breaking point test?
