In a perfect world omega man's argument wins but we live in bad economic times so building a ski lift for like 2 races is not a logical decision. I would like omega man's argument but it's simple not logical.

I bet a dh in Chile would be sick. Anyway how do you rate Cairns (course, spirit, viewing etc)

I mean, they had ski lifts already I'm talking about places like steilte for example not that they would host a world cup....

I sought of agree, but it would rule out a lot of developing bike parks and ja, I agree that if this was an american/canadian/europian forum everyone would agree.

Rode a mix of red, green and purple and have to say the bermed part of the green was amaZing. The blown outness added to the fun. Again my compliments on some very awesome trails (Also though the bit of singletrach in the plantation was really cool. Will hopefully be back

Redbull Rampage is insane!!!! great entertainment however. Wonder how on earth you clear 60ft gaps, 20m drops and do monster backflips on the same run, and then do it twice :eek:

Hey Stretch dont diss our B lines we think we doing well

XCO is a lot about skill but I think losing more than 10sec on a B line is probably the limit as XCO is mainly about FITNESS. However ever having longer time penalties on the first to spread the field out more is a good idea, but it must be a safeish obstacle so that the bailures don't break themselves, like the big gap followed by drop (removed from race) at WP xco 2 was too dangerous as some people just threw themselves over and one guy broke a jaw in practise But yeah, I am for big jumps because I can do em and gain time but rather not at the expense of less skilled riders.

The slammer at willowbridge mall comes close, it is nice and steep with some tricky rocks and jumps

Rode Gifburg pass near Van Ryns dorp. It has an average of 7% for 7km but has a mean kick of 22% for 200m. Van Ryns pass going to Nieuwoudtville is 8km at 9%.
