That's the truth!!!! You are almost certain to always get what you looking for from the products they stock. That's why the Spez brand is so successful in SA. The suppliers and the likes of Kevin Bekenstein is always involved in the stores. I do travel a lot and found Kevin busy in the stores ( concept stores, Tailwind in Klerksdorp, Bloem store in Noordstad, etc) that stocks Spez products and even helping clients and making sure that the different stores that stocks their brand is up to their standards. By the professional service by all parties involved they almost convinced me to move over from a Cervelo to a Spez but then I got on my Cervelo and the Spez idea vanished. But do have a Spez Epic that's awesome.

I must agree. Excellent service I ordered and received my Rotor Blades in 2 days from 1st communication (few emails in between) and till delivery at the cycling store for fitment!! I can't say the same about Chris Willemse as I had 3 orders placed also with them and after it showed it was available I was contacted twice a few days alter to inform me that the products ordered is not available and 1 that I phoned them to find out whats going on to be told the product is not available, 1st they wanted to sell me other products and after I told them I want a refund, took over 2 weeks to get refunded after 16 emails correspondence.

I did a quick 30min wattbikke session this morning and it did sync. 300 points. I used my garmin on the wattbike, uploaded to Vitality and Strava. I did yesterday plug my Garmin into the computer to update it and lost all my settings, had to save all my settings again and reconnect to Strava only. Took about 40 mins to get all right At the end Discovery was taken for a ride by so many people that put in false recordings. I know I must not be judgmental now but please help me understand how a person that clearly don't train still get the different rewards from Kaui, etc. They work with me so I do know they don't train. I will also not agree how Discovery did it but time will tell and wonder what will happen now with the proposed rewards on flights that was soon to be announced.
