    This reminds me of the idiot MTB rider than i saw cycling on the R300 yesterday. Can only image the damage a car driving at 120km+ will do to him when it hits him...

    Seen this waaay to many times. List price gets increased by 30% at sale time and then a 20% discount is applied.

    I have this saddle on my bike. Its only been 4 months but its pretty comfortable so far. Getting the odd numbness here and there after a 3 hours cycle but that might be due to bike setup rather than the saddle. Its a new bike so still tinkering with the exact setup.

    Rode with my banana socks this past Sunday. Scared the GF a few times by screaming BANANAS!! as i sprinted past her, she was pretty pissed towards the end of the ride. Loving my banana socks, so is the GF :-) #bananapower

    I'm in the process of buying a full suspension 26er for R4000. I don't intend to race with it. Just want to do jeep tracks and maybe once a year single track. I don't see a problem with owning a 26er, everyone has their own preference in what they want to ride.

    Thanks for the advice everyone. The Cannondale does look good but from reviews online they say the brakes and wheels aren't the best quality. The frame on the Cannondale is lighter and the front derailer is 105 while the Scott has a Tiagra derailer.
