  2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phXRX1p8woY just because!!
  3. whoooo hoooooo Grebs...well done dude!!
  4. These ones work out about R 3.80 per pod so not 2 bad. Don't mind spending on a reaaaaalllly good brew. I also don't drink sugar in my coffee so would like something with good flavour..
  5. Ok so I havn't read all the posts but I must say I do appreciate a good cuppa every now and then. Well good is preferencial I suppose??....I wanted to buy a Nespresso machine & then found a Caffe Luxe one for R 999. It works well but flavours are limited to normal med & dark roast in decaf & espresso. I'm pretty sure the nespresso pods work in there so any recommendations on which to buy?
  6. Well then based on your post above I see reasoning behind your quest for an extra gear but still not the necessity?? U say that you ride with an old toppie, does he have 10 gears perhaps & you battle to keep up?? or maybe he just rides well and has years of experience & 10 gears... Jokes aside....I think try the derailleur you have but just test it first with a borrowed shifter or 10 spd bike to make sure it will travel far enough up & down & if it works then 10 spd cassette, 10 spd chain, 10 spd shifter & bob's your aunty??
  7. I've been reading through this thread & even though there is an influx of useful information, it all seems like a helluva lot of work for 1 extra gear..... I would imagine if I were going up a big hill on a single speed that there might be a moment where an extra gear could come in handy but you have 27 already.......a little bit of extra time in the saddle might solve this whole debacle?? maybe?? #justsaying
  8. I also use 32GI & think it works ok, Tried nitrous once but I laughed so much that I fell off my bike
  9. I've been cycling for about 4 years now & till now (touch wood) havn't had any cramps but I do try & eat something salty just before a long ride & maybe munch on some salted cashews mid way.. @ Batty Boy......I've read through your posts & come to 1 conclusion If I had to work with Mr Chris "Krutch" Wall every day I'd also get cramps all the time albeit in my backside...not my legs
