  1. Just had a look at last years results again, the winners time was faster over both days than ours on the first day Ah well, it was a good ride!
  2. IDK now hey, never looked at their mtb seeding. It seems they also have no penalty for old results, so your seeding will always (or at least until they introduce such a system) remain good if you had one very good result a few years ago.
  3. Haha, she probably did very well in whatever race she did previously. I don't know, it's not the best system, but at least they have the option to add other non-ASG races. It's such a chilled ride, I'm sure it won't be a problem. Maybe mail them and ask.
  4. It's an ASG event, so they have their own seeding index. Check the website to see your index and the events used. You can add non-ASG events to help your seeding out.
  5. Well done on an awesome race Gerald and team Had a lekker race in BL, just a bit bleak that guys weren't helping the break along (but tbh, no surprises there). Got caught again by the main bunch and then just cruised in with them. New PB at the race, so I'm stoked!
  6. I wanted to say, those rolling hills in the 947 helps the guys who struggle in your windy race Frosty
  7. Thanks Frosty! Yeah, I was expecting a gravel section somewhere, only thing I could think off
  8. Frosty, you still have to tell us what the added feature for the race will be?
  9. Same here yeah.
  10. ASG has their own seeding system, check their website.
  11. Agreed, the way the race is going to explode going up Hekpoort...fun (suffering) times ahead I did it in 03:00:04 out of DL last year. Was so bleak, especially after doing most of the pulling and then getting a dead wheel from one of the suckers on the sting in the tail before the last climb. Wasn't impressed, but hey, that's racing and I didn't have the legs. I'm hopeful that this year will be a sub-3. I also think it will be easier going for the sub-3, from Hekpoort you can go solo pace and you should be delivered there with enough time in the pocket if you can't follow on the climb. That last 10km head wind section was where most people lost out on good times before.
  12. Starting in AL, 06h35 Fun
  13. He said trick up his sleeve, not "and something you all know I want". But I hear you, I'm sure that's what he is hoping for. Made for some fun last year...
  14. You finally got the wind to agree to calm the .... down?
  15. Yeah, should make for a lekker ride all the way to the bottom of Hekpoort, where the race is going to be ripped apart. It's going to be fun (As a lightweight I'm very happy with this change, I hated that drag back home)
  16. Versatile rider it seems. Yeah, but she's still young, so a good team to develop on.
  17. True dat!
  18. Katarzyna Niewiadoma, she makes me go weak in the region of my knees. Better known as Kasia, definitely easier to pronounce. And yes, I typed her name out in full without checking her Insta account
  19. If I had the leave I would have taken your entry like yesterday. Sorry you can't ride anymore divernick! All the best with your wife's surgery.
  20. No wait, that didn't sound right. I retract!
  21. vs Wellens
  22. Makes sense yes. That is until we see our boy, the Maincheese, doing his thing
  23. What a race!! Bleak that Tommeke didn't pull it off, but after the spring GvA has had, he is probably the deserved winner. Now on to the Ardennes!! Although I can't say this with as much enthusiasm as saying PR!!!
  24. Just for you Gen: http://www.cyclingweekly.com/news/racing/peter-sagan-tom-boonen-role-model-324119
