Hi Schoemie I currently have XO1 on my bike and it's seriously the best setup you will ever ride on. I have had no problems with it, despite the very muddy conditions in both Sabie and Dullstroom at this years MTN races. It just keeps on being awesome. I ride with a 32T up front, some climbs get tough, but then you just HTFU up and carry on. I have also done the Sabie Experience with them, no problems with the knees (then again, I am still a youngster ) and it was great fun not having to worry about shifting up front, just concentrate on the awesome trails. The maintenance is also easy, so it takes a whole lot less time getting everything ready for the next day, so that is a big plus in my opinion. So from one Newbie to another, if you have the cash to splash, do it!
