  3. There you go...just imagine it's yours The Parrot Bebop 2 is the first leisure drone in the 500g category with a 25 minute battery life. The drone is compatible with the free app, FreeFlight 3, that operates on both Android and Apple systems. The Bebop 2 is equipped with a number of special features. A powerful flashing LED at the rear increases visibility. A 2700 mAH battery allows for 25 minutes of flight time. The body is robust and flexible, protecting the drone from drops, and the single arms are reinforced. The propellers are flexible, and lock in the event of contact as a safety measure. The Bebop 2 is equipped with a new, brighter fisheye lens, improving clarity in low light. 180 degree vision is possible through user-controlled rotation. A digital 3-axis stabilisation system creates stable and clear aerial footage, regardless of the drone movements. The flying interface on your smartphone or tablet makes flying easy and intuitive. The Parrot Bebop 2 is the perfect tool for any flying enthusiast.

  9. Schwalbes mostly, both Racing R & Rocket R, both are SS. Have tried an IKON for the TK at the back to gain on less rolling resistance - kept it on for yesterday's Trucape - had no issues.
  10. Having read posts about sidewall cuts so many times on this hub and happening to ALL kinds of tyres I'm inclined to start think thinking that the occurrence of sidewall cuts is much more a skills/rider related issue than an actual shortcoming of the tyre. Maybe the more experienced riders around here can jot down a couple of pointers on how to ride sensibly/cleverly/light to minimise sidewall cuts - that might just save us/me/you a whole lot of irritation/money instead of chopping and changing one "bad" tyre for another .
  11. I support you with regards to solo riding - that would most probably makes TB much harder for the rider - one should speak to the organisers overthere about solo entries.
  12. Toughest race for me in past 5 yrs. Will do "down" ride next yr though. Managed 7th place. Ouberg, awesome view as it was, will remain a monster to me

  15. Beertent and Live music by well known Cape Rock band!
  16. Agree with you guys re the cheapies. However I have moved away from batterypacks 5 yrs ago. I use 2 x 900 lumens flashlights(diameters =135 x 25(35 head))...when I feel the need for riding singletrack at night - one is built into(notice not on top but into) one of my helmets and the other mounts onto my bike with special bikemount in under 5 seconds. Alternating between the 2 flashlights plus riding with an extra battery in my pocket I have more than 6 hrs batterylife with me on any given ride...and NO rattling batterypack and irritating wires! AND the really nice thing about a flashlight is that I can use it everywhere around the house and when camping etc etc. Recently got a 2000 lumens one (use 3 x 18650's) ..fris donnertjie but packed with a punch, that gives me 1h15 at full charge for my shorter rides (4hrs @ 1400lumens) - ...cars don't like me
  17. How do you guys anticipate the weather to play out?
