2h15 to 2h30 depending on how many laps I'm doing.

Awesome place to ride. Figured most folks would be taking it easy before the 94.7. Wish I had headed out. I spent three hours on a spinning bike at 70%. Trying to get into the pace of the 600. Super boring, but good training.

Awesome that you're doing this! The route looks perfect. The first loop of 347km should see us getting back to the Lido as night falls on the Saturday. A good chow, and bit of a dos should put us back on the road around 11pm. This gives us another 20 hours to finish off 253km.

Here's a recap of the final assignments for 2013: 23/24 Nov 600km Lido Hotel starts 0300 on 23/11 1 Dec 200km Ian Kernick starts 530 at Randburg Sports Ground 8 or 15 Dec 400km Lido 0300. You can choose which date. I'm going for 15/12
