    I tried a set of rubena mtb tires about 3years ago. Never had a flat but only got around 500 or 600km from the pair. Very soft compound

    They will def get podium in my opinion but there will probably be at least 1hr gap between 1st and 2nd. If no mechanicals nobody will even see Ariane and Co dust on the horizon

    I see most people getting into trailrunning goes for the Solomon shoes. They look great but is it not 1 of the shoes with the least amount of support? Which shop in the CT area do you guys suggest 1 can get very good advise as to which shoe would be best for me?

    Lucky guy! I go to Italy often. Need to take my bike along sometime. The cycling culture is just so amazing there. Tons of cyclists on narrow winding roads with a string of cyclists behind them. No hooting and shouting and the cyclists and no taxis taking them out. Both mtb and rd cycling big around lake Garda area. Pitty the gear is not much cheaper than here but anyway. Be sure to post plenty pics when you come back

    Been fiddling with the idea of starting trailrunning for too long now. Think I will get going. Haven't jogged for a long time now. I assume I should start out on the road 1st? Anybody have a program how to start off slowly without injuring myself. I went head over heels into triathlon about 3 years ago and ended up damaging both achiles pretty badly. They seem to be fine now. Advise much appreciated!
