    Can I use any shimano or sram 11sp chain on XX1? I know there is a X1 chain out now and apparently the YBN 11sp works fine. What about the ultegra 11sp chain? Any of you guys have experience with this? I have dura ace 9000 on road bike so it would be nice to just have to buy a spare chain that could be used on either groupset

    I also think it is important to latch onto a strong group when you go down wa pad on other side. If you are in no man's land here or catch a slow group your hopes for good time is gone. This was basically what happened to me on both occations I did the race. Essentially that means hammering it at the start

    While filling up my bakkie this morning I noticed that they use nitrogen now instead of the normal air. Sometimes when I put new stan's in tires I take it there tot inflate quick. Reason for asking. Thanks guys!

    What is nice about Massina is the port where you can take a boat and visit a few small islands close by. One in particular is very cool. Maretina is full of singletrack. Would like to take my bike there one day.
